Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in Time:

Check-in is available from 14:00 hours onwards.

Check-Out Time:

Check-out is expected by 12:00 hours.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: These services are available for an additional charge and are subject to room availability.

Reservation Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or no-shows will incur charges equivalent to the full reservation amount.

Cancellation within 3 to 14 Days: Cancellations made between 3 and 14 days before the arrival date will be charged for one night.

Cancellation Over 14 Days: Cancellations made over 14 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge.

Children Policy

Children Up to 6 Years Old: Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge (subject to availability of cribs).

Children Between 6 and 12 Years Old: Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are charged at 50% of the adult rate.

Children Over 13 Years Old: Children aged 13 and older are charged at the adult rate.

Valuables and Lost Items

Valuables: For your security, we recommend storing your valuables in the safety deposit box provided in your room.

Lost Items: Any lost items found on our premises are logged and securely kept for a period of three months.

Pet Policy

Pets: Regrettably, we do not allow pets on our premises.

Swimming Pool

Swimming Pool Hours: Our swimming pool is open for use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Food and Beverage

Outside Food and Drinks: We kindly request that food and drinks from outside the hotel are not brought into any of our public areas.
